MANDATORY E-FILING
Mandatory e-filing resources are now available on the Florida Bar dedicated
webpage, including links, manuals, deadlines and free online education.
April 1, 2013 is the day all attorneys are required to use the Florida
Courts E-Filing Portal for the filing of civil cases in the trial courts
and to file documents with the Florida Supreme Court.
The deadline for criminal filings in trial courts is October 1. On the
appellate level, deadlines have been set of July 22 for the Second District
Court of Appeal, September 27 for the Third DCA, October 31 for the Fourth
DCA, November 27 for the Fifth DCA, and December 27 for the First DCA.
